About Sydney

Sydney is one of the first female Eagle Scouts. She previously worked at the White House in the Office of Vice President Kamala Harris and, most recently, was the Assistant Director and Senior Policy Analyst at the Women’s Initiative at Columbia University.

A passionate community builder, Sydney spearheaded the successful campaign to include girls in the Boy Scouts of America (now called Scouting America), opening opportunities for over 175,000 young women.

Sydney graduated from Amherst College with a BA in Political Science and Psychology.
